StockUp is operated by SafeAgain Technologies LLC. This policy explains what information StockUp collects, how it is used, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

• Email address, when you create or access an account or contact support.
• Onboarding preferences, such as goals, diet preferences, allergies, avoided foods, preferred proteins, and prep-time preferences.
• App content you create or save, such as meal plans, inventory items, prep sessions, shopping lists, and recipe choices. This content is currently stored on your device.
• Purchase history and subscription status when you use StockUp Premium.
• Basic technical information needed to operate, debug, and secure the app and services.

How we use information

• To provide app functionality, including account access, recipe planning, inventory, and prep sessions.
• To personalize recipe and prep recommendations based on preferences you provide.
• To respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• To protect the app, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Storage and service providers

Meal, inventory, grocery-list, meal-log, prep-log, favorites, and planned-session data is currently stored on your device. Account and onboarding preference data may be stored with Supabase. Apple and Google process app distribution and purchases, and RevenueCat processes purchase history and subscription status so StockUp can provide and restore Premium access. This support and privacy site is hosted by Vercel.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in the app. We may share information with service providers that help operate StockUp, or when required by law, security, or app platform requirements.

Your choices

You can permanently delete your account inside StockUp from Profile > Account. You can also request account deletion on the web. Deleting an account removes the account and associated account metadata. Data stored only on your device can be removed by resetting or uninstalling the app. App-store purchase records may be retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat as required to operate purchases, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.

Children

StockUp is not directed to children under 13.
