Delete your StockUp account

You can permanently delete your StockUp account and its associated account data.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open StockUp and choose Profile.
  2. Open Account.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Request deletion without the app

Email StockUp Support from the address used for your StockUp account. Use the subject “Delete my StockUp account.” We may ask you to confirm account ownership before completing the request.

What is deleted

We delete the StockUp authentication account and its associated account metadata, including saved onboarding preferences. Meal, inventory, shopping-list, prep, favorites, and planned-session data stored only on your device can be removed by resetting or uninstalling StockUp. App-store purchase records may be retained by Apple, Google, or RevenueCat where required to operate purchases, prevent fraud, or meet legal obligations.
